Nov. 20th marks the 28th Annual SPA 10K, 5K and Spa Squirt 1K.  The route meanders through nearby woods, Bathhouse Row, the Quapaw-Prospect Historic District and scenic downtown.  Walkers are welcome in the 5K.  Live music will accompany the race, which benefits Teen Challenge of Arkansas and Friends of the Parks.  Three awards will be presented per age group.  Additional honors include Overall, Clydesdale, Athena, Seniors, Masters, Grand Masters and 5K Walkers.  Come on out!  The weather and colors are fine.  It’s also a great way to rev up your pre-Turkey Dinner metabolism.
